The learned Senior Advocate Mr. Kadam submits that the address of the applicant has been wrongly mentioned in the cause title. He seeks liberty to amend the cause title by inserting the correct address of the applicant. So also, the learned Senior Advocate Mr.Kadam seeks liberty to add the informant as party respondent no.2.

The learned Senior Advocate Mr. Kadam fairly submits that both the applicant and the informant are in the business of plotting of land and selling them. He further submits that this is purely a business transaction and the applicant is ready to co-operate with the investigation.

The applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 24/2/2025, 25/2/2025 and 26/2/2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Stand over to 10/3/2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation".

In the meantime, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant.
