The learned counsel for the applicant submits that all offences attracted in the present First Information Report are under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita except the offence under POCSO. The anticipatory bail application was rejected by the Sessions Court. He submits that by the next date, the applicant will give the details of two wheeler on which the applicant was travelling and also the details of the educational background and his earlier antecedents. He will also inform the occupation if any is done by the applicant and also of his parents. He will also give details about the financial condition of the applicant including all the assets owned by him and his parents.

Since the section of POCSO is invoked, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 10/3/2025. The learned APP waives service on behalf of the respondent No.1. The learned APP to serve the copy of the anticipatory bail application on respondent no.2 through I.O.
