DATE : 26th MARCH, 2025 P.C. :- In the present proceedings, a crime is registered under Sections 74, 75 and 78 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The victim is 14 years of age. The pre-arrest bail application filed by the applicant was rejected by the Sessions Court. 2.

The learned A.P.P. submits that the victim needs legal aid. Hence, Advocate Ms.Komal Sinha is appointed as an advocate to appear for the victim.
