The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is change in the circumstances, therefore, the second bail application has been moved. She submits that the applicant is ready to cooperate with the I.O. She submits that the applicant is ready to hand over the bamboo stick which is alleged to have been used in the incident.

The applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 11/3/2025 and 12/3/2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. in order to hand over the bamboo stick which is used in the alleged incident and also to record the statement of the present applicant.

In the meanwhile, till the next date of the hearing, there will be no coercive action against the applicant.
