Perused the order passed by this Court (Coram: Rajesh S. Patil, J) vide order dated 17th April, 2025. In the said order in para No.1, it is mentioned that it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Applicants i.e. accused in the F.I.R. filed by the Applicants that the present Applicants have been protected by this Court. It appears that in the said order, the co-accused have sought interim protection by making incorrect statement, as in counter F.I.R. the accused have been released on interim protection. Hence, the Applicants are also entitled for interim protection.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions.
