The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present anticipatory bail application has been filed to seek interim relief pending the anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court. In the meanwhile, the Sessions Court heard the anticipatory bail application and disposed of the same. Thereafter, fresh anticipatory bail application has been filed after disposal of the Sessions Court's anticipatory bail application. Therefore, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.
