The learned APP submits that the medical certificate in the present proceeding is likely to be received in two days, therefore the matter can be kept after two days.

Mr. Rajput, the learned advocate for the Applicant, submits that although the Applicant has an antecedent involving an offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, it is a weak case. He further submits that the Sessions Court rejected the present Anticipatory Bail Application solely due to the Applicant's antecedent. Furthermore, he is ready to cooperate with the police by allowing his statement to be recorded and by furnishing the stick allegedly used during the incident.

In the meantime, the Applicant is directed to attend the office of the Investigating Officer on 6 March 2025 and 7 March 2025 between 11:00 a.m. and 01:00 p.m. Furthermore, no coercive steps will be taken against the Applicant.
