The learned APP submits that as per the statement made by the informant's advocate a sum of Rs.19,95,000/- has been paid to the bank account of the accused no.1 (now deceased). He further submits that the IO would make an attempt to trace as to after receipt of the money by NEFT in the bank account the said amount of Rs.19,95,000/- has gone to which account. The details of such persons/parties will be submitted to this Court by the next date. 2.
Stand over to 26/3/2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation".

In the meantime, no coercive steps be taken against the applicants, who are the father and brother-in-law of the deceased accused no.1.

The applicant no.1 is working with the Panvel Municipal Corporation and is aged about 56 years.

The applicants are also directed to attend the concerned police station on 19/3/2025 and 20/3/2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

The applicants are also directed not to directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence.
