DATE : 27th MARCH, 2025 P.C. :- Mr. Chauhan, the learned counsel appearing for the first informant submits that he will handover the statement in the tabular form which will contain the name of the victim, next column date of payment which was made by them to the deceased Sushant Mohite, whether the payment was in cheque form/online transfer/cash, and whether they have received atleast some amount back from the

Ms. Hatle, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that she will also prepare a note in tabular form in which the details of the payment received by the deceased Sushant Mohite and thereafter another chart in the tabular form where it will be shown the amounts transferred from the account of the deceased Sushant Mohite, the date of the payment, the person to whom the amount was transferred and the amount of such transfer.

The applicants are also directed to attend and meet the concerned Investigating Officer on 2nd April 2025 and 3rd April 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Stand over to 15th April, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.

Interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
