The learned advocate for Respondent No. 2 seeks a short accommodation as the relevant documents pertaining to the present proceedings are with his junior, who is not present in Court today. 2.
The learned APP submits that the investigating officer is also not present today; therefore, the matter can be taken up for hearing on another day.

The learned advocate for the applicants submits that on every occasion, adjournments are sought on behalf of Respondent No. 2. She submits that in the present proceedings, the allegations are primarily Amol D. Nawale
44-ABA-499-2025 (CR) .doc against Accused No. 1. She further submits that although allegations are made regarding a total amount of 56 lakhs, out of which 26 lakhs ₹ ₹ was paid through online transactions into the bank account of Accused No. 1 (now deceased), the true and correct fact is that only 7.5 lakhs ₹ was actually deposited in the account of Accused No. 1. 4.
She submits that no amount was transferred by the first informant or the other victims into the accounts of the present applicants. She further submits that Applicant No. 2 is suffering from age-related ailments and has also suffered a paralysis stroke. Therefore, no purpose would be served by arresting Applicant No. 2 and keeping him behind bars.

As regards Applicant No. 3, she submits that he is the brother-inlaw of Accused No. 1 (deceased) and has no connection whatsoever with the present crime. He is merely married to the sister of Accused No. 1 (deceased).

At the request of all the parties, stand over to 8 May 2025 under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps will be taken against the applicants.
