This matter has been moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 2 May 2025. By consent of the parties, the following changes are made in the order dated 2 May 2025. (a) In paragraph no. 1 and in paragraph no. 4(b), the C.R. numbers should be changed to "C.R. No. 93/2025" instead of "C.R. No.I-03/2025. Similarly, the names of the police station in the said paragraphs should be changed to "Manpada Police Station, Dombivali, Thane" instead of "N. R. I. Sagari Police Station, District Manpada Police Station."
