DATE : 26th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C. :- This application is filed for pre-arrest bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with FIR No. 0619 dated 14th December, 2024 registered with Phaltan City Police Station, Satara for the offence punishable under Sections 126(1), 309(4), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Mr.Mundargi, learned senior counsel for the applicant submits
2/3 that the co-accused has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 17th January, 2025 (Akshay Shamrao Gaikwad). He submits that the role of the present applicant is identical to the role of the co-accused-Akshay Shamrao Gaikwad as alleged in the FIR. 3.
The learned A.P.P. on instructions submits that if on similar conditions this anticipatory bail application is granted, as of today, that will suffice the purpose. Hence, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed on the similar lines as that of co-accused Akshay Shamrao Gaikwad. Hence, the following order :-
ORDER
(a) The anticipatory bail application is allowed. (b) In the event of arrest in connection with FIR No. 0619 dated 14th December, 2024 registered with Phaltan City Police Station, Satara for the offence punishable under Sections 126(1), 309(4), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant shall be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. bonds to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or more
3/3 sureties of the like amount.
(c) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station, as and when called. (d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence.
(e) The applicant shall furnish details of his residential addresses, contact numbers and e-mail address to the Investigating Officer.
