The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 - SBI Bank submits that the present applicant is a mastermind behind the crime. The SBI had granted "SB Collect and International Facility". A sum of Rs.1,52,13,051.56 was disbursed to one Mr. Amit Lala. Out of the said amount a sum of Rs.82,43,000/- was received by the present applicant from the said Amit Lala. There are in all eight accused, few of the accused have been granted regular bail. He submits that a big fraud is played by the present applicant. It is necessary to reveal the chain of the crime. Therefore, the custody of the present applicant is necessary.

After the matter was argued for half an hour, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 - SBI Bank submits that the reply has already been filed.
