DATE : 23rd APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- This matter was taken on board on 21st April, 2025. After the matter was argued on that day for half an hour, Advocate Mr.Sanket Vishe was not able to make any submissions on merits of the issue, the matter was kept today.

Today again Mr.Vishe is not able to reply with regards the modus operandi of the fraud. Mr.Vishe submits that his senior Mr.Anand Bhautik, would make submissions in this matter. He submits that Mr.Bhautik has gone to his native place, therefore, the matter be adjourned.

The Manager of the State Bank of India, Turbhe Branch should remain present in this Court on the next date of the hearing. 4.

It is made clear that if the lawyer of the bank is not ready to make submissions tomorrow, heavy cost will be imposed. 5.
