DATE : 24th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- In the present proceedings, facility called as 'SB Collect and International Facility' has been granted to accused Mr.Amit Lala who has been granted funds from the bank. Since the junior advocate appeared on the last two hearings and was not able to make submissions on merits in the proceedings on behalf of the bank, therefore, one more opportunity was granted. Hence, the matter was kept today and so also, the Manager of Turbhe Branch of State Bank of
KVM 2/2 934 - ABA 508 OF 2025.doc India was directed to remain present in this Court. Yesterday the junior advocate appearing on behalf of the bank was present in the Court. Today, the said junior is not present in Court and advocate Mr.Dnyaneshwar Bashale is appearing of the bank. 2.
Advocate Mr. Bashale submits that the Manager of the State Bank of India, Turbhe Branch is Mr.Omkar Revankar. The said Bank Manager was informed about the order passed by this Court yesterday. In such a situation, since the Branch Manager Mr.Omkar Revankar has chosen not to comply with the directions given by this Court. The Zonal Manager of the State Bank of India of the concerned Zone in which Turbhe Branch is situated should remain present in this Court tomorrow i.e. 25th April, 2025.

Advocate Mr. Bashale undertakes to inform passing of this order to Mr.Omkar Revankar and also to the concerned Zonal Manager of the State Bank of India today itself.
