Mr.Sejpal, on instructions of the Applicant, submits that the Applicant is desirous of putting the matter to rest. 5.

He submits that in order to demonstrate their bona fides, the Applicant will deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- within a period of ten days with the Registry of this Court, and the timeline for the payment of the balance amount will be informed on the next date of hearing. 6.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties. The Applicant is permitted to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- within ten days with the Registry of this Court, and the timeline for the balance amount to be deposited on the next date of hearing. 7.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps will be taken against the Applicant.
