In this case, the applicant was granted interim protection by the Sessions Court before rejecting his anticipatory bail application. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant attended the police station and last time was on 12 February, 2025. He submitted that no direction was given by this Court or by the Sessions Court to the applicant to attend the police station, on his own, the applicant attended the police station.

Since the applicant is attended the police station but the police authority was not able to record the entire statement of the present applicant and was not able to procure the document necessary Harish

909-ABA-526-2025.doc for investigation, though the suicide note has been discovered by the police, in order to complete the investigation. Hence, the applicant is again directed to attend the concerned police station on 1 March 2025, 2 March 2025 and 3 March 2025 between 11.00 am to 2.00 pm. 4.

The applicant should co-operate with the police and will also furnish relevant documents which are in their custody to the Investigating Officer.

Stand over to 12 March, 2025.

In the meanwhile, till the next date, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant since this Court is hearing the anticipatory bail application.
