The learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to inadvertence the amendment could not be carried out in the anticipatory bail applications. He submits that amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The applicants are permitted to carry out the amendment as per the order dated 26/2/2025 forthwith. If the amendment is not carried, the anticipatory bail applications stand dismissed without

The learned APP points out that the balance amount of Court fees is Rs.5,17,025/-.

The learned counsel on instructions of the applicants submits that the applicants are ready to pay deficit Court fees within a period of two weeks from today.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 7/4/2025. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the applicants is permitted to serve the newly added respondent no.2 by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing. The applicant is directed to furnish a extra copy of the applications to the learned APP to enable the learned APP to serve the informant through IO.

Stand over to 7/4/2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation".

The ad-interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
