DATE : 5th MARCH,2025 P.C. :- The learned A.P.P. submits that the statement of the victims, mentions the name of the present applicant. So also, it is found in the mobile phone of the hotel's manager a chit wherein it has been shown that an amount of Rs.25,000/- have been transferred from the account of the 'Hotel Sai Residency' to the account of the present applicant. The said amount is matching with the account statement of the applicant. Even the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the name of the present applicant has been repeatedly mentioned. He further submits

KVM 2/2 921 - ABA 537 OF 2025.doc that the concerned police station is in the process of taking action as per Section 18 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. Therefore, he seeks a short accommodation to inform about the progress in the action contemplated.
