After the matter was argued for some time, the advocate for the applicants submits that to show their bona fide, they are ready to deposit the balance amount of Rs.9 lakhs calculated by them. 2.
The learned APP has opposed the request made by the applicants.

Suffice would be the purpose as of now, if the applicants are granted one weeks time to deposit a sum of Rs.9 lakhs with the Registry of this Court.
