Ms. Bhide, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the gold ornaments lying with him measuring 39.7 grams.

Since the applicant voluntarily wants to deposit the gold ornaments worth 39.7 grams, liberty is granted to the applicant to deposit the said gold ornaments with the concerned police station within a period of two days from today.
