By an order dated 27/2/2025, the applicant was directed to deposit the gold ornaments worth 40.70 grams. 2.
The learned APP submits that the applicant has complied with the said direction given by this Court. She further submitted that since the gold ornaments has been deposited as of today the custody of the applicant is not necessary.

This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with the First Information Report (FIR) No.578/2024 registered with the Pant
Diksha Rane 16 ABA 548-2025.doc Nagar Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 411 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.
The learned APP has not strongly opposed the granting of the pre-arrest bail.

In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(a) The anticipatory bail application is allowed. (b) In the event of arrest in connection with FIR No.578/2024 registered with the Pant Nagar Police Station, the applicant shall be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.
(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence. (d) The applicant shall furnish details of his residential address, contact number and email address to the Investigating Officer. (e) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on
Diksha Rane 16 ABA 548-2025.doc 12/3/2025 and 13/3/2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and thereafter, as and when called for.
