While he was purchasing his subject flat, issued NOC to the erstwhile owner. The said document was used by the first informant Mr. Karuvatak Shrivasan while buying the subject flat. 2.

The learned counsel for the society is granted time till 3rd May 2025 to file their reply to the present proceedings. 3.

The learned counsel for the DCB Bank states that the bank has already started its recovery under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act).

Stand over to 5th May, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Directions'.

In the meanwhile, the interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
