DATE : 10th MARCH,2025 P.C. :- Dr. Chandrachud, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant submits that as per the order passed on 27th February, 2025, the applicant could not deposit the said sum of Rs.15 lacs within a period of one week. He submits that the cheque of Rs.15 lacs in the name of the Registrar is ready and the same can be deposited today itself. The cheque is drawn on the bank account of the mother of the applicant.
