The present Application is filed by the Applicant under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No. 0850 of 2024, dated 18 December 2024, registered with Ambad Police Station, District Nashik, under Sections 109, 351 (3), 115, 352, 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The present Applicant is shown as Accused No.3. Two other accused have been arrested by the police. There are no any antecedents as far as the present applicant is concerned. The learned Advocate for Amol D. Nawale
906-ABA-557-2025.doc the Applicant submits that as far as the Applicant is concerned, he is physical disable by 50%, and a certificate to that effect has been enclosed at page No.41 of the present Anticipatory Bail Application. 2.
The weapon used by Accused No.1 in the alleged incident has already been recovered by the police. As regards two wheeler invovled in the alleged incident, according to the APP, it belongs to the present Applicant. The Applicant is ready to cooperate with the police. 3.
Hence, the Applicant is directed to attend the office of the Investigating Officer on 6 March 2025, 7 March 2025 and 8 March 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. The Applicant shall cooperate during the investigation, including the recording of his statement 4.
Stand over to 17 March 2205 under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps will be taken against the Applicant.
