Mr. Mundargi, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, submits that as per the list annexed at page 63 of the anticipatory bail application, 13 documents have been mentioned. Out of these, 12 documents were found by the applicant in a bag, which had been left at his residence in Hyderabad. He is ready to hand over 12 documents along with the covering letter to the informant. 2.

The applicant is directed to hand over the documents mentioned at page 63, except document 12, to the informant in the presence of the Amol D. Nawale
