At the outset, Mr. Namdev Shinde, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant points out the order dated 21st August 2024 passed by a learned Single Judge in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2275 of 2024, by which pre-arrest bail is granted to the co-accused-Anil Dagdusa Kshatriya. He states that the role of the co-accused-Anil Dagdusa Kshatriya is graver than the present Applicant.
