She submits that copy of said Affidavit is served on the learned Advocate for the Applicant by email.

Mr. Shaikh, learned Counsel for the Applicant, however, states that he has not received copy of the Affidavit. He states that copy of the Affidavit will be collected from the office of the learned APP today.
