This is an application for extension of one week's time to carry out the amendment and to add the first informant as party respondent to Anticipatory Bail Application No.579/2025.

Chitra Sonawane 16-aba-579-2025.doc and no objection from the other side, the interim application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The interim application stands disposed of accordingly. Anticipatory Bail Application No.579 of 2025 : In view of the order passed in Interim Application No.1513 of 2025, the applicant shall add the first informant as party respondent to this application. Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today.

Earlier, vide order dated 19 March 2025, Mr Saakshat Relekar was appointed from the Legal Aid Panel to espouse the cause of the first informant/complainant. However, today, Mr Ashwin Thool appears for respondent No.2 and submits that he has been appointed by respondent No.2. In view of this, Mr Saakshat Relekar is discharged. 3.

By consent, stand over to 12 August 2025.
