CORAM
: RAJESH S. PATIL, J.
DATED : 17 MARCH 2025 P.C.:
1.
The matter has been mentioned out of turn by the learned Advocate for the applicant, stating before me that a notice has been issued by this Court in the present matter. However, the Court's record does not reflect any noting of service. Initially, when questioned regarding private service, the counsel stated that service had been effected. However, upon further inquiry regarding the affidavit of service, he admitted that the service had inadvertently not been completed.
2.
No protection has been granted by me in the present anticipatory bail application. However, the learned Advocate for the applicant seeks to have this matter taken up urgently for admission within this week. In Amol D. Nawale
59-aba-585-2025.doc my view, since the learned Advocate for the applicant has not taken any steps regarding the permission granted to him to serve the informant by private notice through an advocate, the matter shall be listed as per its regular turn.
