DATE : 28th MARCH, 2025 P.C. :- The learned A.P.P. submits that the Investigating Officer is not present today. She on instructions submits that the anticipatory bail application has been rejected by the Sessions Court on 16th November, 2024. She further submits that the FIR is lodged on 28th June, 2024. She needs to take instructions from the Investigating Officer. 2.

Mr. Toshnival, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that a sum of Rs. 15,00,075/- was received by the present applicant from the first informant. Out of the said amount, an amount of Rs. 5 lacs was returned back to the first informant. As regards the balance

The first informant is not present in Court. The Office Note shows that the service to the first informant is awaited.
