DATE : 3rd APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- After the matter was argued for some time, Mr.Najmi, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that without admitting guilt, the applicant is ready to deposit a further sum of Rs.27,50,000/- with the Registry of this Court by tomorrow in order to put an end to the litigation between the parties. 2.

Mr.Pandey, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits from the instructions of the son of the deceased respondent no.2, he will have to take instructions from his client whether they are ready to

The applicant is permitted to deposit a further sum of Rs.27,50,000/- with the Registry of this Court. 4.

Stand over to 8th April, 2025, to be called at 2:30 p.m. 5.

Interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
