DATE : 29.04.2026.

1.

Apprehending arrest, though FIR was not registered, the applicant has approached this Court. This Court vide its order dated 12.08.2025 was pleased to issue notice and granted ad interim anticipatory bail to the applicant with a direction to attend the concerned police station once in a week on Sunday between 10.00 am to 01.00 pm. Direction was also given to cooperate in the investigating agency. 2.

The learned APP on instructions has stated that inspite of specific directions the applicant has not attended on a single occasion.

3.

The litigant who approaches the Court by preferring an application for anticipatory bail is under obligation to abide by terms and conditions imposed by the Court. The attitude of the applicant of non-cooperation is crystal clear. Hence, the application is rejected.
