In the present proceedings, the applicant is charged a role of he being a receiver of the stolen property. According to the learned A.P.P., 600 gms of the gold in the crime is effected to be recovered. The co-accused disclosed that the applicant has purchased the stolen property in the crime and prepared ingot. The applicant and the
