DATE : 7th MARCH,2025 P.C. :- Mr. Icham, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that in the present proceedings, the crime is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. He submits that the victim has married with the present applicant and she has attended the age of majority. The victim has filed the consent affidavit.

The applicant is directed to add the victim as a party respondent no.2. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The name of the respondent no.2 be masked.

The learned A.P.P. to serve the copy of these proceedings on the newly added respondent no.2 through the Investigating Officer. 4.
Stand over to 21st March, 2025.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant.

The applicant is directed to attend the office of the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station in order to record the statement for further investigation on 13th March, 2025 and 15th March, 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
