Upon going through the case-diary, it appears that on the basis of a report lodged by the victim, Crime No. 644/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 75(1), 78(1) and 333 of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023 was registered with Police Station, Buldana City against the applicant on the allegations that he entered into the house of the victim with ill intention, held her hand, used obscene words and thereby, outraged her modesty.

Considering the factum of previous enmity between the applicant and the family members of the victim, this Court granted ad-interim anticipatory bail to the applicant with directions to attend the concerned Police Station. Accordingly, the applicant appeared before the Investigating Officer and co-operated in the RR Jaiswal

2 45-aba-606-25.odt investigation. It appears that the investigation in the matter is almost complete and nothing is required to be seized from the applicant. Hence, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required in the matter. 4.

Considering these aspects and the fact that the investigation is almost complete, the interim order dated 14.08.2025 passed by this Court is hereby confirmed.

The applicant shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer as and when directed. 6.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
