The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.352/2025 registered with Police Station, Beltarodi, District Nagpur for the offence punishable under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State and having gone through the case diary, it is revealed that the informant/victim is the wife of the friend of the applicant namely, Suraj Ramesh Patil. She had an licit relationship with her brother-in-law. It is alleged that the applicant threatened to reveal the photographs of the victim and her brother-in-law from the time when they visited the market together to the husband of the victim and his family and blackmailed her to establish physical relations with him on 19.05.2025. Therefore, the aforesaid crime came to be registered against the applicant. 3.

It appears from the FIR that the victim herself forwarded the said photographs to the applicant. It is also revealed from the record that she herself went to the hotel with the applicant. Since, the informant/victim is a married and major woman, the possibility of consensual

61 aba609.25.odt sexual relationship cannot be ruled out at this stage. 4.

Considering the nature of allegations against the present applicant, a case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest, the applicant - Pavan Sudhakar Sukhdeve, in connection with Crime No.352/2025 registered with Police Station, Beltarodi, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, be released on bail on executing a PR bond of 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. ₹ (ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Friday and Thursday for the next four weeks and cooperate with the investigating authority. (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses. With this, the application stands disposed of. (M.W. Chandwani, J.) Wagh
