DATE : 5th MARCH,2025 P.C. :- The present applicant is accused no.6 in FIR No. 760 of 2024 dated 18th December, 2024. The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in the said FIR for the offences under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 191(3), 191(2), 190, 189(2), 126(2) and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that
2/4 the applicant is 74 years of age and has no antecedents. As far as the role of the present applicant is concerned, in the FIR it does not mention that he was carrying any kind of weapon during the incident. 3.
The learned A.P.P. and the learned advocate appearing for the informant submits that as far as the present applicant is concerned, they do not have any objection if the anticipatory bail application is granted to the present applicant.

Hence, as far as the present applicant is concerned, prima facie case is made out by the applicant to grant anticipatory bail on the following terms :-
ORDER
(a) The anticipatory bail application is allowed. (b) In the event of arrest in connection with FIR No. 760 of 2024 dated 18th December, 2024. The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in the said FIR for the offences under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 191(3), 191(2), 190, 189(2), 126(2) and 109 of the Bharatiya
3/4 Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant shall be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. bonds to the extent of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties of the like amount.
(c) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station on 12th March, 2025 and 13th March, 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called.
(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence. (e) The applicant and his surety shall provide their respective mobile numbers, e-mail addresses and documents pertaining to the place of the residence to
