The learned A.P.P. submits that the present proceedings arise out of the matrimonial discord. He submits that the applicant should be directed to remain present before the concerned Investigating Officer. 3.
Hence, the applicant is directed to attend the office of the

In the meantime, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant till the next date of the hearing.
