Though the matter has been moved by the applicant by seeking urgent circulation, the learned counsel for the applicant is seeking an adjournment on the ground that, the applicant is trying to settle the dispute with the informant. The applicant itself stated before the police that he is ready to pay an appropriate amount to the informant without admitting the guilt.

The learned counsel for the informant submits that as of today, the outstanding amount is approximately Rs. 8 crores. 3.
