DATE : 1st APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- Mr. Kazi, the learned counsel appeared on behalf of the applicant. He submits that the applicant is not supposed to pay any amount to the first informant.

Mr.Uttarwar, the learned counsel for the first informant submits that on 6th March, 2025, the then advocate appeared for the applicant, had specifically stated that the applicant is trying to settle the dispute with the first informant and he is ready to pay an appropriate amount

KVM 2/2 22 - ABA 617 OF 2025.doc to the first informant without admitting his guilt. Today, by changing the lawyer, the applicant has taken a somersault which should not be allowed.

I have heard learned counsel for both the sides, so also the learned A.P.P. At one stage, Mr.Kazi sought permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application and file a proper pre-arrest bail application taking all the contentions.

According to me before hearing the parties on an application seeking liberty to withdraw the anticipatory bail application, I would like to hear advocate Mr.Atul R. Patil who appeared on 6th March, 2025 before me on the statement made on behalf of his client - the applicant.

Advocate Mr.Atul R. Patil is directed to remain present on the next date of the hearing.

The learned A.P.P. would inform advocate Mr.Atul R. Patil about the next date of the hearing.

Stand over to 7th April, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.
