This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with the First Information Report (FIR) No.619/2024 registered with the Shahupuri Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with under Sections 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999. 2.
In the complaint attached to the FIR, the role of the present applicant has been mentioned. The Sessions Court by its order dated
Diksha Rane 31 ABA 627-2025.doc 15/1/2025 has allowed the pre-arrest bail application of the accused no.1, accused no.2, accused no.11, accused no.12. Only the pre-arrest bail application of the present applicant/accused no.6 was rejected on the ground that the present applicant is resident of Indore, Madhya Pradesh and his address is not mentioned in the remand report and if he is released on bail, he will not be present for the trial. 3.
Mr. Oak appearing for the applicant/accused no.6 submits that within 48 hours the applicant will attend the IO of the concerned police station and will furnish the applicant's residential address, Email address and mobile numbers. So also, he will cooperate for early hearing of the trial.

The statement made by Mr. Oak on behalf of the applicant is taken as undertaking to this Court. Therefore, the case is made out to allow the present pre-arrest bail application. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(a) The anticipatory bail application is allowed. (b) In the event of arrest in connection with (FIR) No.619/2024 registered with the Shahupuri Police Station, the applicant shall be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.
Diksha Rane 31 ABA 627-2025.doc (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence. (d) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 12/3/2025 and 13/3/2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and thereafter, as and when called for and shall furnish details of his residential address, contact numbers and email address to the IO and cooperate with the IO.
(e) The applicant shall cooperate in the hearing of trial. 5.
