The learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant fairly submits that, as the charge-sheet is filed, he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file anticipatory bail application afresh before the Sessions Court.

He further prays to continue the interim order dated 22/08/2025 for a period of 10 days since according to him, the applicant has undergone heart surgery. 3.

Since the charge-sheet is filed, the application is is allowed to be withdraw with liberty to file afresh before the Sessions Court.

The interim order dated 22/08/2025 shall remain in force till 05/05/2026.

It is made clear that, the application was not heard on merit.
