DATE : 17th MARCH, 2025 P.C. :- Mr. Siddiqui, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is not in a position to deposit a sum of Rs.20 lacs. However, they are ready to handover the flat to the first informant. The value of the said flat is Rs.35 lacs. 2.
Ms.Solkar, learned counsel submits that she is appearing on behalf of the first informant and her instructions from the client is that they are not ready to take over any kind of flat from the applicant as
KVM 2/2 24 - ABA 632 OF 2025.doc they don't trust the applicant. However, they are ready to accept the said sum of Rs.20 lacs. In response Mr.Siddiqui submits that time of two weeks be granted in order to sale the flat and pay the first informant.

The learned A.P.P. submits that there are atleast four antecedents against the present applicant. She submits that notices were issued to the applicant to attend the Police Station. The applicant has attended the office of the Investigating Officer.

As a matter of last chance, period of two weeks is granted to the applicant in order to make arrangement of returning a sum of Rs.20 lacs to the first informant. If the said amount of Rs.20 lacs is not returned to the first informant within a period of two weeks from today, the protection granted by this Court will automatically stands vacated.

For a period of two weeks, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant.
