The learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that in the first call in the morning session none appeared for the applicant. In the second call, the learned counsel for the applicant appeared, and it was specifically told to him that today in the afternoon session the matter will be heard and disposed of. He submits that the learned counsel for the applicant has left the Court hall and even the applicant, who was present in the Court has also left the Court hall. 2.

Since none appears for the applicant, neither the applicant has complied with the oral assurance given to this Court on last date of hearing, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected for non prosecution.
