DATE : 6th MARCH,2025 P.C. :- After the matter was argued for some time, the learned A.P.P. invited attention of this Court to the copy of the document which records antecedent against the applicant wherein an FIR has already been filed, being FIR No. 0464 dated 8th May, 2023 registered with Police Station at Mira-Bhayander, Vasai-Virar District for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, therein protection is granted to him by pre-arrest bail by the Sessions Court.
