The learned APP submits the IO is sending the documents dated 28/10/2020 to the Forensic Science Laboratory for verification of the signatures to check whether the signatures on the said documents are matching with that of the present applicant. 2.

There is no dispute about the fact that a sum of Rs.1 lakh was paid by online payment method by the husband of the informant to the present applicant. As per the First Information Report, a sum of Rs.11,56,003/- was paid to the present applicant in order to secure a flat in SRA Scheme.

The learned APP is granted three weeks time to secure their Forensic Science Laboratory report.
