The learned APP submits that some more time would be required in order to investigate the matter. He further submits that the signature of the applicant would be necessary for that purpose in order to verify and check whether the said signatures are matching with the documents on record.

The applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station and meet the IO on 4/4/2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., to hand over his signature.

In the meantime, till the next date of the hearing no coercive steps be taken against the applicant.
