The learned APP submits that the document dated 28/10/2020 has been sent to Forensic Science Laboratory for verification of the signatures. The said report is awaited.

The learned APP further submitted that the informant should be added as party respondent no.2 to the present proceeding. 3.

Hence, the applicant is directed to add the informant as party respondent no.2 in the present proceeding. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed without reference to this Court. The

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 5/5/2025. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the applicant is permitted to serve the newly added respondent no.2 by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing. 5.
