The learned Senior Advocate Mr. Aabad Ponda on instructions of the applicant submits that the apprehension of the informant is now put to rest because after the death of the present applicant's father on 22/5/2024, the applicant filed an affidavit before the Revenue Authority - Tahsildar claiming he to be owner and legal heir of M/s. R. K. Builder. The said claim of the present applicant was rejected by the Tahsildar on 31/10/2024, on the ground that all legal heirs shall apply as per the Will of Mr. Shrichand Punchabi (father of

The learned Senior Advocate submits that the said order of rejection of the Tahsildar dated 31/10/2024 has attained finality that the applicant has chose not to challenge the same. He submits that hence the apprehension of the informant and the learned APP of misused of the documents which were in favour of the father of the present applicant now does not survive. 2.

The learned APP submits that he wants to take instructions from the IO, therefore, he requests for short accommodation. 3.

Stand over to 16/4/2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation".

The learned APP on instructions of the IO who is present in the Court submits that considering the submissions made by the learned Senior Advocate Mr. Ponda on instructions of the applicant, as of now till the next date of hearing, the IO will not take any coercive steps against the present applicant.
